is that a team will only make it harder to attain success merely
by reckoning where they want to go and letting their leaders do
the rest of the work. The desire to accomplish a task may begin
from the strong character of the leader, strong in the sense
that it can employ other people to work under their command.
Great leaders should also manifest integrity and equality in
all of their endeavors. They are role models in the eyes of
their subordinates and it would be unlawful to mislead them. His
actions and deliberations must be strongly based on facts,
moral, and ethical values. He should not be afflicted with the
desire to cast verdicts using emotions rather than mental. It is
not enough to look forward for your own goal but principally
explain the advantages of achieving success for everyone in the
team.
Leadership is an integral part of your system. However,
unlike other inherent systems, it has a switch. It only means
that the ability to lead is within you, you just have to find
out the rightful ways to hone them.
